Job Summary
Drive progress towards process optimization by studying and analyzing performance data to develop engineering solutions. Ensure product and process quality by crafting testing methods, establishing standards, and applying root cause analysis for anomaly resolution. Lead the application of quality protocols including FMEA and impact analysis while providing technical guidance for new product industrializations. Mentor operators to improve manufacturing standards and lead the quality panel through the MDP/N1 process. Deliver compliant products using "Right the first time" principles and take part in project planning for changes to products and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Process/product relationship knowledge
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Material Science Engineering
- Manufacturing background
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office® Suite, Power BI, Pi, and other various statistical tools to manipulate and analyze large data sets
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with quality protocols and understanding of ISO requirements
