Job Summary
Provide technical support and training to plant management and manufacturing personnel in the application of statistical tools and problem-solving techniques to evaluate and improve manufacturing quality and capability. Perform SPC analyses of new and existing equipment, conduct data analyses for resource allocation and maintenance scheduling, participate in customer/supplier audits, and lead gauge R&R/gauge stability rollouts. Manage and train personnel in basic SPC principles, support gauge maintenance programs, assist in SOP development, and support Six Sigma/Lean initiatives. Serve as QA support across plant teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve process performance; perform duties as assigned and coordinate with QIT/management teams.
