Job Summary
Responsible for conducting quality reviews using statistical sampling and auditing to ensure compliance with policies, contract requirements, and staff performance; develop and administer training programs; analyze workforce data; communicate findings and improve staff competency; maintain records and document control; coordinate with management to schedule training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of WIOA, Welfare Transition, SNAP, ES/UI, TAA, and all applicable local Workforce Service programs
