Job Summary
Perform testing on bulk and finished goods for pH, viscosity, odor, color, and appearance to ensure compliance with specifications. Prepare dye solutions, evaluate samples against standards, and issue Nonconformance Reports when required. Generate Certificates of Analysis for bulk products prior to shipment and update status in AS400. Maintain lab standards, retain samples, and enforce cGMP compliance within the manufacturing environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality goals and assist in training team members.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
- 1-3 years exposure to quality testing methods (pH, viscosity, visual/odor evaluation)
- 1-3 years working within cGMP or regulated environments
- Basic math and calculation skills (Low proficiency)
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions (Low proficiency)
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, AS400, customer systems) (Low proficiency)
- Attention to detail and quality standards (Low proficiency)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment (Low proficiency)
