Job Summary
The Analytical Quality Lab Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of the analytical lab, ensuring adherence to GLPs and accurate, timely test results. Supervises laboratory chemists and technicians, coordinates testing activities, reviews results for accuracy, and supports quality investigations including CAPA. Responsibilities include staff development through training and coaching, maintaining laboratory records and documentation, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, supervising sample flow, inventory management, and providing hands-on technical support with equipment. Serves as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients regarding test results, supports audits and continuous improvement initiatives, and enforces safe laboratory practices. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related science field and 4-6 years of relevant lab experience, with 1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
