Job Summary
Leads Heartlinks' Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, coordinates CMS-based quality improvement initiatives, analyzes quality metrics and patient outcomes, develops dashboards, facilitates monthly QAPI committee meetings, ensures readiness for state surveys and accreditation, and collaborates with leadership across departments to drive data-driven decisions, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement across hospice, palliative care, and related services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, compliance, project management, healthcare operations, or a related field preferred.
