Job Summary
Quality Performance Clinical Pharmacist to drive pharmacy quality measures across Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace. Partner with health plans to accelerate pharmacy quality initiatives; serve as subject matter expert on pharmacy quality across lines of business; provide clinical and quality expertise to health plans and provider partners; develop and present performance reviews with provider-facing teams; strategize coordination between market and enterprise pharmacy measure initiatives; identify opportunities to improve internal operations and provider partner performance; facilitate communication, training, and implementation of enterprise quality initiatives; travel up to 50% to provider offices and community pharmacies; remote/hybrid work arrangement in the Queens, NY area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or PharmD/MS in pharmacy required
- 3+ years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience or 1+ years of managed care pharmacy experience required
- PHARM-R - Registered Pharmacist
- Current state with no restrictions
- Travel availability to remote/provider offices
