Job Summary
Reliability Engineer to join Broadcom's Global Operations Quality Assurance Team in Fort Collins, CO. Responsible for HTOL reliability stressing of cutting-edge AI devices, setup/operation of HTOL ovens, developing biased stress plans, managing project schedules, liaising with BIUs and external vendors, and providing hardware debugging support. Requires hands-on setup and debug of reliability qualification, hardware schematic and PCB layout reviews, thermal head simulation review, converting HTOL vectors for MCC HTOL systems, and strong communication in cross-functional teams. Education: BS in Engineering and 8+ years of related experience; 5+ years in a REL Lab environment preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) or related field
- 8+ years of related experience in reliability or lab environment
- Experience with HTOL and related reliability qualification stress (HTOL, HTS, TC, THB, uHAST, bHAST)
- Schematic design and PCB layouts design and review
- Hands-on experience with electrical bench test setup, measure, and debug
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work with multiple Broadcom BUs and external vendors
