Job Summary
Quality Operating Systems Specialist responsible for supporting, stabilizing, and sustaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and related operating systems. Independently owning internal audits from planning through closure, maintaining audit readiness and data integrity, and providing cross-functional coverage for quality system activities. Key duties include managing document control, training systems, calibration/metrology/REQ management, generating reports and dashboards with Excel/Power BI, developing ERP training materials, tracking corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement to strengthen audit readiness and operational performance. Required experience with IATF/ISO standards, audit management, ERP systems, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in quality systems, manufacturing, or a related operational environment
- Experience with audit management systems
- Proven experience managing internal audits from planning through closure
- Strong working knowledge of ISO and IATF quality standards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP, reporting, document control, or training systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and systems-thinking skills
