Job Summary
Quality Officer: Act as the local point person for Seeds Development with responsibilities including quality improvement aligned with the Seed R&D Quality Management System; develop and maintain SOPs for NSPP and Trialing; lead efforts to embed a strong quality culture, support non-conformities, and guide RCA; manage R&D data assets and knowledge to enhance data quality for decision making; monitor compliance with internal rules and GM stewardship; support local audits, KPI reporting, training, and cross-functional collaboration across PPP, Trialing, NSPP, and GD teams; required BA/BS or technical diploma in agronomy/seed science, plus experience in quality management and seed production, with strong analytical, communication, and English language skills; proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP; committed to equal opportunity in employment.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or technical diploma, preferably in agronomy or seed science
- Prior exposure to quality management and seed production processes
