Job Summary
Execute routine QC testing of raw, in-process, and finished products for chemical, physical, and microbiological parameters under supervision. Conduct packaging and hygiene checks including integrity, label verification, and sample traceability while ensuring accurate recording per GMP/HACCP/ISO-FSSC standards. Report deviations and OOS results, support CAPA actions, and contribute to quality data trending and root-cause analysis. Coordinate quality communications with Production, Packaging, Warehouse, and Logistics to deliver on-floor briefings. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and assisting with regulatory compliance updates. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry with 2–4 years in food/dairy QC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry
- 2–4 years in food/dairy QC or QA
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC standards
- Skilled in chemical, physical, and microbiological testing
- Accurate data recording and reporting
- Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills
