Job Summary
Quality Officer to manage the global QHSE management process for non-medical goods, supporting the QHSE team in monitoring customer complaints, driving continuous improvement, handling documentation management, and preparing monthly dashboards. The role involves ensuring QC/QA specifications are used in RFQ/RFT/Contracts, coordinating with Purchasers and Inspection Companies, validating inspection reports, investigating discrepancies, and proposing corrective actions. Requires a technical degree in quality management or related field, at least three years’ experience in metrology or quality inspections, and proficient English (French a bonus). The position is based in Belgrade with a hybrid on-site requirement (3 days on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree in quality management or related field
- Minimum three years' experience in metrology, quality inspections
- Proven experience in assessments/quality audits
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- French language is plus
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel) and fluent internet user
