Job Summary
Quality Methods Leader responsible for ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, VDA, ISO standards and customer-specific requirements; acts as primary quality interface with OEMs; leads corrective actions on claims and first quality issues; supports the communication of the quality policy and department objectives; defines and implements minimum control methods and criteria for products and processes; collaborates with Trade, Project, and Customer Representatives to ensure effective quality planning and timely revisions; monitors customer feedback and complaints related to product performance and drives initiatives to reduce quality costs; ensures fulfillment of Customer Specific Requirements; reviews and updates quality instructions and procedures to meet product performance and life-cycle test requirements; participates in continuous improvement activities to strengthen quality management systems; manages warranty topics by analyzing field returns and coordinating corrective actions to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
