Job Summary
Lead the quality team and serve as the site representative for ISO9001, ISO13485, and ISO14001 at XP MY plant. Develop monthly KPIs on business health and report to management with continuous improvement plans. Provide leadership to drive proactive improvements across design, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers while ensuring all quality system functions are completed, including audit programs, corrective actions, and customer complaints. Present as the main interface on key account quality issues across various locations and collaborate with departments to drive RCCA. Develop risk-based approaches for decision-making, promote a culture of quality, and lead initiatives to improve process efficiencies. Oversee the reliability program throughout the product lifecycle and develop training programs for internal customers.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently and successfully in a team environment
- Experience leading an organization through successful ISO9001/ISO13485/ISO14001 audits
- High level of knowledge on quality principles; including 8D, fish bone, FMEA's, CPK, Gauge R&R
- IPC-610 experience
- Experience with top tier Semi-Fab companies either working within or understanding the industry requirements
- High level of knowledge and experience with reliability concepts including Weibull distribution, reliability demonstration, bathtub curves
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred
