Quality Manager

Develop the Project Quality Management Policy and Plan in coordination with the Integrated Project Management Team, establishing QA/QC specifications as integral requirements for supplier and contractor scopes. Manage the QA/QC organization, resource plan, and department budget while preparing and implementing audit and monitoring programs. Validate and approve vendor and EPC contractor quality plans, establish improvement dashboards, and monitor performance against KPIs. Lead investigations into specific quality concerns, provide feedback to stakeholders, and participate in tender evaluation processes and project performance reviews to capture lessons learned.
