Quality Manager - UZ Islands - Eng. & Procurement – Offshore Water Injection Project

Job Summary
Establish and manage the Project Quality Management System across Engineering and Procurement phases, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements, international standards, and contract specifications. Lead quality assurance activities including supplier audits, design verification reviews, and Factory Acceptance Tests for critical equipment such as water injection pump packages and pressure vessels. Develop the Project Quality Management Plan, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Coordinate with client representatives, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality objectives for the offshore water injection project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001)
- 20-25 years of Quality Management experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 8 years in a Quality Management leadership role
- Extensive experience supporting Engineering and Procurement phases of EPC projects
- Strong experience with offshore brownfield developments and major equipment procurement
- Proven experience managing supplier quality programs and international vendor networks
Desired Qualifications
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification
- Additional certifications in Quality Management or Supplier Quality
- ADNOC Offshore project experience
