Job Summary
Quality Manager responsible for leading QA programs, systems and processes to ensure services meet regulatory and accreditation requirements within radiology laboratories. Drives the Quality Management System (QMS) for ISO 9001 compliance, collaborates with leadership to set quality objectives, manages incidents/non-conformities and post-market surveillance, coordinates internal/external audits and certification activities, and acts as liaison with regulatory bodies. Focus areas include risk management, KPI-driven improvement, change controls, CAPA, governance, and budget involvement, while fostering a culture of quality through SOP implementation, training, and effective communication. Requires a Master’s degree in a related discipline, significant healthcare/ Radiology experience, ISO 9001/14001 expertise, strong problem-solving, and English fluency; travel flexibility and autonomous, proactive work style are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a technical/ process engineering/QA discipline, Advanced Degree preferred
- Operational experience in Radiology
- Fully versed in ISO 9001, 14001 and Risk Management
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge in quality process mapping and development
- English fluent as a must (presenting, writing, reading)
- Minimum Years Recommended and/or Preferred in a manager role: 3 years
