Job Summary
Establish quality acceptance standards for all processes and serve as the primary voice of the customer, taking necessary stands to protect client interests while supporting operational targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Lead the Material Review Board to establish control and disposition of non-conforming material, oversee inventory selection for order validation, and act as the gatekeeper for new product validation. Manage the Quality Management System including ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and testing/inspection processes, while developing and training staff on quality guidelines and performance appraisals. Champion root cause analysis and error proofing solutions to improve performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- LSS Green Belt Certification
- Strong understanding of statistical methods
- High level of business acumen, with a strong foundation in finance
- 5-10 years of experience in Quality System management in manufacturing operation
- Certification for ISO9001/TS16949 auditing or equivalent experience in regulatory compliance
Desired Qualifications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
- Structured root cause analysis skills
- B.S Degree in Technical discipline or B.S. Degree in Business Administration
