Job Summary
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality Department, managing people, processes, and equipment to uphold and enhance quality standards. This includes ensuring compliance with specifications for incoming raw materials and packaging, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and serving as a technical interface with corporate teams. The role requires leadership skills, knowledge of chemistry and quality control processes, effective communication, and problem-solving capabilities. The manager will also maintain safety standards and housekeeping in the work environment. Supervisory experience and the ability to work in a collaborative manner are essential.
