Job Summary
Lead the Quality, Technical and Food Safety agenda for the Toledo site, including developing the local quality team, managing audits (e.g., FSSC 22000), driving root cause analysis to prevent future risks, and embedding a strong quality culture across manufacturing and supply chain. Collaborate with site leadership to influence decisions, manage budgets and capital projects, and support new product introductions while ensuring quality and food safety principles are integrated at every stage. This is a senior site-level role with visibility and impact on product quality, consumer safety, and business results; requirements include leadership in FMCG quality/technical functions and fluency in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Solid leadership experience in quality or technical roles within the FMCG sector, ideally in food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality systems and auditing processes
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear actions for different audiences
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Based within commuting distance of Toledo
