Quality Manager

Lead the Quality Control Department by establishing the Quality Management System, maintaining operation and calibration documentation, and conducting visual functional and dimensional inspections of finished parts to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Supervise Quality employees through on-the-job training, work assignment, and performance reviews while coordinating inspection sequencing and timing with Production Control. Manage non-conforming products, initiate corrective actions, and oversee supplier quality audits and customer quality surveys. Direct communications with commercial, government, and customer inspectors to resolve quality concerns and enforce company safety policies. Bachelor's degree in Quality or Engineering with five years of manufacturing QA experience required.
