Job Summary
Establish and manage quality, risk, and governance strategies within the TFP Simply clinic and its satellites while maintaining the HFEA licence. Develop and monitor quality policies, objectives, and indicators through internal and external auditing, user satisfaction tracking, and complaints management. Lead incident investigations, implement corrective and preventative actions, and drive continual improvement processes. Train, communicate with, and motivate staff to support the Quality Management System. Manage KPIs, assist with complaint handling, and collaborate on group-level quality initiatives. Work 37.5 hours per week, including one day from home.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent post graduate diploma and/or experience
- Recognised management qualification and/or healthcare experience
- Using and managing Quality Management Systems and Risk Management processes and practice, including risk assessment and incident investigation
- Conducting and preparing for audit
- Experience in using QMS software
- Document control experience
- Proven competency in managing complaints
- Background in developing policies and procedures
- Skilled in project management
- Experience of working within a complex organisational environment
