Job Summary
Quality Manager will establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQM) across all design stages, ensuring full compliance with client requirements, international standards, and project-specific procedures. The role requires extensive experience in complex large-scale projects, with proven stadium project experience as a mandatory requirement. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Project Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with codes and client specifications, leading quality assurance and quality control activities, managing document control, coordinating audits, identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective/preventive actions, supporting risk management, interfacing with clients and stakeholders, providing guidance and training to project teams, and monitoring KPIs to drive quality improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Management within large-scale, multidisciplinary projects
- Mandatory stadium projects experience (design and/or delivery)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Professional certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) are preferred
