Job Summary
Quality Manager oversees the company’s quality management systems, leads the QA function, and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities include hiring and training employees, organizing schedules, conducting performance evaluations, enforcing company policy on discipline and termination, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements, monitoring and improving internal processes and supplier performance, preparing QA reports, coordinating with operations and systems teams on corrective actions, and building quality awareness through training. Requires leadership in QA, supplier audits, documentation (quality manuals/procedures), data analysis, and lean methods (5S, Kaizen). Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to operate in a warehouse/production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science-related field
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards/processes/procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English as primary or secondary language
- Hands-on, team-oriented leadership with goal-oriented mindset
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
