Job Summary
Establish best-in-class quality practices by implementing quality standards across laboratories, clinical research, testing, and production. Supervise audits, manage customer complaints, and lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa methodologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and customer-specific requirements. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support new product introduction and manufacturing excellence.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
- Strong problem-solving skills with practical experience using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa (Fishbone), and Root Cause Analysis methodologies
- Experience managing customer complaints, corrective actions, and customer quality performance metrics
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive data-based decision making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
