Job Summary
Design, implement, maintain, and audit the Quality Management System based on established company and industry standards. Provide regular, proactive communication to customers and Ryder management while supporting continuous improvement efforts. Implement a standardized corrective action system, report system effectiveness at management meetings, and assist in maintaining the Customer Satisfaction Management Process. Engage the operations team and customers to ensure business objectives are met, provide training on Quality Assurance topics, and apply judgment in selecting methods for diverse problem-solving scenarios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business/Engineering/Supply Chain
- minimum of 8 years of related work experience
- Seven (7) years or more experience Operational Management
- Five (5) years or more experience Quality Management/Process Improvement
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Comfort around higher management

- Other ASQ's Certified Quality Auditor (1 Year)
