Job Summary
Quality Manager to lead IATF 16949 certification efforts for a lithium-ion battery separator expansion, maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 accreditations, and oversee internal and customer quality audits. Responsibilities include developing and refining QMS processes for efficiency, reporting KPIs to senior management, championing continuous improvement, and promoting a culture of quality by clearly communicating customer requirements across the organization. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management and 5+ years of IATF 16949 QMS experience; IATF auditor certification is preferred. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, and Operations is essential.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quality Management)
- 5+ years of experience with IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
- Project management experience in the battery industry is a plus
- IATF certification auditor certification preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Experience working across Sales, R&D, Operations
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
