Job Summary
Quality Manager to analyze customer requirements, assess impact of failure modes on customer lines and final products, track customer indicators, develop corrective action plans with plant teammates when needed, ensure OEM inspection is understood and practiced, and convert past problems into lessons learned for engineering, process, tooling, production, and quality plant manager teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field
- 3+ years as Quality Manager with progressive quality experience
- PPAP audits experience
- ISO 9000 experience
- ITAF experience
- Quality or equivalent – 8 years
- Supplier management
- Project management
- WPS and lean manufacturing knowledge
- Intermediate English – written and oral
- MS Project
- Good skills with office tools
