Job Summary
Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), develop and implement processes to inspect products to meet specifications, train and motivate staff, drive continuous improvement to reduce defects, and ensure adherence to FDA, EPA, and cGMP requirements. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and report findings to senior management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in science/engineering/chemistry or related field (Master's preferred), 5+ years in quality or life science manufacturing, 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, strong quality management knowledge, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in a quality or life science role within manufacturing
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and cGMP practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)
