Job Summary
Lead the Quality Management System by developing, setting, and enforcing procedures, policies, and standards affecting product quality. Manage the quality department's programs and activities while ensuring finished goods meet company and customer specifications. Direct personnel activities including hiring, termination, performance goals, and training. Participate in quality specification development, internal and external audits, and customer complaint processes to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor site quality and food safety metrics, collaborate with manufacturing on process controls, and report progress against goals. Visit customers and suppliers as needed. Requires a BS degree, five years of leadership experience, and knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and GFSI. Salary $80,000-$100,000 based on experience.

- BS Degree
- five (5) years of leadership experience in Quality/Manufacturing
- ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Prior audit experience

Desired Qualifications
- BS Degree (preferred in technical area)
- Strong data management skills
- Demonstrated understanding of fact-based decision-making and analytical processes related to quality management and process improvement
- Effective coaching, training and facilitating experience
- Solid working knowledge of quality processes and related manufacturing
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
