Job Summary
Lead quality management for divisions GSD/CSD, BID and BPG, ensuring compliance of quality management and timely product disposition, supplier quality supervision, post-market surveillance, and audits. Drive quality-system maintenance, customer requests, and cross-functional collaboration; manage a team to achieve goals and develop talent. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science and 5+ years in quality management in the medical device industry, plus 3-5 years of leadership experience; based in Shanghai, with strong English proficiency and knowledge of GSP/ISO 13485/ISO 9001.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in medical device/life science/chemistry or other relevant science
- 5+ years professional work experience in quality management in the medical device industry
- 3-5 years of leadership/management experience
- strong knowledge of GSP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001
- good English skills (oral and written)
- strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills
- experience with external and internal audits
- leadership of team to achieve goals and development of talent
