Job Summary
Lead the site Quality team to oversee Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations. Develop and implement the Quality Plan while conducting internal and external audits to assess compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets for Quality Control and Assurance, prepare performance reports for senior management, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and investigate customer complaints. Train and mentor quality team members to foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor of science in food science, food engineering, and / or Chemistry, quality management
- 5+ years of experience in applicable industry e.g., Food, Ingredient, Chemical Pharma
- 5+ years experience people leadership, leading diverse and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in local language to the plant of responsibility and fluency in English required
- Experience with leading ISO standards (FSSC,9001) and other standards such as Organic, RSPO, Halal and Kosher
