Job Summary
Quality Manager responsible for planning, implementing and supervising construction quality assurance programs in compliance with contract documents and company policy. Creates project-specific quality plans and a project-specific water intrusion plan, assigns accountability, and ensures regular updates; coordinates quality support for the group and communicates JE Dunn quality standards to field and office staff; interprets owner/government requirements and reviews submittals for accuracy; conducts QA constructability reviews and assists with planning and design of quality-related training; prepares reports on quality trends and issues, mentors team members, and may travel to projects. Requires 8+ years of construction quality-related experience and 0-2 years of mentoring or leadership experience; bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management or related field preferred; valid driver’s license and willingness to work non-traditional hours with potential extended travel.
