Job Summary
The Quality Manager provides strategic leadership for quality management systems ensuring compliance with AS9100D/ISO9001 and ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards. Key responsibilities include leading inspection and quality support teams, enhancing the QMS, facilitating audits, and collaborating with manufacturing to ensure quality standards are met. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, specifically in semiconductor processing. Proven leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BS in engineering or physical sciences from a fully accredited institution, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating/programming automated optical inspection equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with advanced packaging or semiconductor processing
- Experience with MIL-STD-883, 750, MIL-PRF-38535/4, and related standards
- Experience within the military/aerospace industry (or other highly regulated industry)
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and SPC
