Quality Manager

Lead quality management duties including quality of works, material management, documentation, and close-out to ensure safe, quality, efficient, and profitable project execution. Coach, mentor, and train entire project staff in quality management principles, procedures, and project-specific requirements. Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Incident Reports (QIRs) to drive continuous improvement. Direct inspection, testing, and documentation of works while creating and implementing project-specific inspection and test plans. Maintain relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, and design partners to support project partnering and issue resolution. Monitor project quality costs, rework costs, and risk mitigation strategies to optimize billing returns and reduce claim exposure. Support site safety and provide feedback to Operations and Quality Management on recurring non-conformances and owner/client perceptions.
