Quality Manager (m/w/d)

Lead the factory quality department, managing budgeting, resource allocation, and staff evaluations while overseeing supplier management and quality management systems implementation. Direct the resolution process for internal and customer issues, ensuring adherence to the customer scorecard and conducting internal and external audits for standards like TS16949 and ISO 9001. Verify measurement systems and monitor sampling routines to guarantee customer requirements are met in new product development and production processes. Support product launch activities, including identifying customer expectations and managing production tests. Requires a technical background with at least six years of experience, proficiency in FMEA and SPC, and fluency in German and English. Based in Bremen, Germany.
