Job Summary
Develop and implement quality-related processes and standards to ensure all products and services meet highest requirements. Manage the quality management system, including compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Plan and conduct internal and external audits to identify compliance gaps and weaknesses. Analyze quality data and perform root cause analysis on issues to develop corrective actions. Monitor supplier quality and conduct supplier audits. Build and maintain a dedicated quality management team, managing goals, performance metrics, and talent development. Collaborate with various departments to integrate quality objectives throughout product development and manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, quality management or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management
- Sound knowledge of quality management systems, quality standards and norms (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits
- Knowledge in the application of automotive core tools such as FMEA, 8D report, Ishikawa diagram, etc.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to analyze complex quality problems and find appropriate solutions
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Business fluent in German and English
