Quality Manager

Quality Manager responsible for implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance of QMS/FSMS across asset operations, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, driving site implementation to meet quality and food safety objectives; establishing and maintaining laboratory governance, developing analytical methods, and ensuring reliable test results; leading factory quality control programs from raw materials to finished products; managing department budget and asset control; overseeing regulatory licensing, certifications, and supplier quality programs; directing non-conformance management, CAPA, and continuous improvement; ensuring SHE compliance; leading cross-functional communication and stakeholder management; interacting with local regulatory authorities and inspections.
