Job Summary
Monitor and improve quality process efficiency, output, and safety through data collection and interpretation. Lead continuous improvement projects and partner with management to implement Lean initiatives. Support customer complaint analysis and resolution, ensuring actions drive prevention and meet expectations. Collaborate with production to execute quality control requirements and develop process control plans and work instructions. Foster a Zero-Defect culture and partner with NPD to ensure prototypes and PPAP parts meet standards. Be available for a flexible schedule to support production and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business
- 7–10 years of quality leadership in manufacturing
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Working knowledge of ISO standards and QMS compliance
- Comfortable with hands-on work and production-floor collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and use measurement tools
- Be able to make required measurements using various measuring and test equipment
- Some travel required
Desired Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean certification is a plus
