Job Summary
Quality Manager to lead compliance and quality initiatives across AS9100/ISO9001 QMS, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, manage the Quality, Compliance, and CI teams, oversee internal and external audits; act as Management Representative for QMS; support ITAR registration and CMMC certification efforts; review contracts, flow-downs, and technical documentation for compliance and capability; foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction within an established employee-owned company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- ASQ Certification preferred
- 5+ years in Quality or Compliance roles within manufacturing
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience with AS9100, ISO9001, ITAR, blueprint reading, and inspection processes
- Familiarity with CMMC is a plus
