Job Summary
Quality Manager overseeing Quality Control/Quality Assurance and Regulatory functions for a cosmetics and related products manufacturer; leadership of the Quality Department, development and maintenance of GMP/GLP-compliant systems, methods development/validation, OOS investigations, change control, document control, training programs, lab operations oversight, and liaison with scientists/chemists to ensure product/process quality and regulatory compliance. Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences and at least 3 years of quality management experience in cosmetic/drug manufacturing; strong regulatory knowledge and ability to manage personnel and budgets; GMP/GDP/SOP adherence and ability to interact with regulators.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality functions
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
- Cosmetic/Drug manufacturing experience
