Quality Manager

Job Summary
Quality Manager will oversee the packaging manufacturing site, lead all quality initiatives, drive a continuous improvement culture, and ensure achievement of plant KPI targets related to quality with safety as a top priority. The ideal candidate will have 7 years’ experience in a quality leadership role implementing best-in-class initiatives, 3+ years’ experience with high-speed packaging for food or beverage, and a background in quality management systems (CI/LEAN/SIX SIGMA/ISO/SPC/FSMS/HACCP). Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, with experience in leading change and driving plant quality efficiencies for a multi-shift, diverse workforce; experience with plant expansion/start-up or relocation is a plus. Required Qualifications
