Quality Manager II

Job Summary
Oversee the Quality Management System and ensure alignment with ISO standards, while developing and monitoring regulatory processes that meet ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements. Lead corrective and preventive action programs, support root cause analysis, and manage regulatory interactions for approvals including DOT, ASME, PED, and AAR. Train teams on quality and code compliance, collaborate with design and production to maintain product excellence, and align quality goals with production strategies to eliminate delays. Manage quality team personnel, foster accountability, and drive continuous improvement across departments. This full-time onsite role requires experience with pressure vessel manufacturing and industry codes, with a focus on sustainability in cryogenic equipment, carbon capture, and water treatment solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
- ASQ, Six Sigma certifications or similar credentials
- Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (ASME Section VIII/IX, DOT, AAR)
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems
- Understands the manufacturing of pressure vessels within a robust industrial environment
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience in cross-functional project teams and quality problem-solving methods (SPC, CAPA, FMEA, etc.)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Customer oriented and committed to quality excellence
- At least 5 years experience leading quality teams
- Full-time onsite position
