Job Summary

Lead quality management duties for projects, ensuring design and construction execution aligns with company policies, contract requirements, and safety procedures. Coach and train project staff on quality principles while mentoring Quality staff to improve retention. Direct inspection, testing, and documentation of works by creating project-specific inspection and test plans, scheduling activities with operations and consultants, and managing material specifications. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators, Quality Incident Reports, and lesson-sharing processes to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Audit quality programs, analyze trends, and provide feedback to Operations and Quality Management on non-conformances and client perceptions. Monitor project quality costs to optimize billing returns and protect against claim exposure while supporting site safety goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Equivalent related field experience
  • International Code Counsel certification
  • NICET certification
  • USACE/NAVFAC/NRC Construction Quality Management certification
  • Level 1 QCM certification
  • Minimum 7 years of AEC experience
  • 3 years in a Quality role
  • Current certification required for testing and inspection
  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge of standards
  • Knowledge of specifications

  • Limited travel for projects as necessary

Desired Qualifications

  • AEC Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years preferred in a Quality role
  • USACE/NAVFAC/NRC Construction Quality Management certification preferred but not required
  • Industry certifications for testing and inspection as required to review and certify that the test, inspection, and procedures satisfy requirements
