QUALITY MANAGER

Supervise Quality Assurance personnel to monitor and control quality at plant and vendor levels, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain and enhance systems supporting the ISO/TS 16949 quality system, document and review testing and inspection results, and publish status reports for manufacturing areas. Initiate corrective actions by reviewing reject and scrap reports, creating Problem Solving Teams with the Production Manager, and establishing training procedures for APQP meetings. Oversee creation and updating of Control Plans, establish measurement studies, and act as the initiator for process FMEA and Control Plans. Review departmental activities to recommend training, equipment, and organizational needs, and ensure the entire supply chain is engaged in the production process. Lead the Quality Control Program with dotted-line responsibility to the Plant Manager.
