Job Summary
Lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of Benmax's Integrated Management System, covering ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 across Design, Projects, Service, and Fabrication divisions. Own certification status for all three standards, including every surveillance and recertification audit, and manage the daily QMS through objectives, performance reporting, and management review meetings. Handle non-conformances, corrective actions, and lessons learned while overseeing hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigations for the OHS system. Coordinate external and internal audits, develop leadership dashboards for performance visibility, and provide expert training on management systems and document control. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing an Integrated Management System covering quality, safety and environment
- Extensive experience managing ISO 9001
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001
- Experience coordinating internal and external audits across multiple standards
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence building relationships with clients, regulators and certification bodies
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using electronic management system software
- Permanent working rights in Australia
Desired Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Quality, WHS, Environment, Engineering, Business or a related discipline
- Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 or ISO 14001
- Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Experience leading transition or integration projects between separate management systems
