Job Summary
Lead and manage all Good Manufacturing, Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Compliance programs within the assigned bakery. Govern the quality and food safety management process and implement the Company’s policies, standards, and GFSI standards at the facility. Direct the site quality and food safety team to ensure production of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products that meet product design and customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Food Science, Food Technology, Cereal Chemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline
- 5+ years of plant quality assurance / control experience in the food industry - including 2+ years in a supervisory role
