Job Summary
Define KPIs and cadence for reviews, reporting progress with actionable insights. Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels. Lead the quality management system, audits, CAPA, and risk-based quality improvements while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers and lead change management for major initiatives. Coach and develop a high-performing team, including succession planning, while setting a clear strategy and annual plan aligned to country priorities. This role leads the Quality Management agenda for Haldren in the United States, focusing on building governance and ensuring predictable delivery across teams and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience with QMS standards, internal audits, and corrective and preventive actions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI-driven operating rhythms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners
