Job Summary
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role requires expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and involves driving improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity across manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include leading the Quality Control and Quality Lab teams, facilitating Kaizen events, and conducting root cause analyses. The position requires a proven track record in operational improvements, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective project management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality/CI tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Quality, or a related technical field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, and/or continuous improvement leadership roles
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (strongly preferred)
- Experience in food packaging or regulated manufacturing environments
