Job Summary
Quality Manager and Deputy Responsible Person within Sanofi Switzerland's Quality Team. Lead GMP/GDP compliance, maintain QMS, manage batch releases, deviations, CAPA, and inspections; interface with Swissmedic; drive quality culture and risk management across functions; require Swiss regulatory knowledge, a life sciences or pharmacy degree, and leadership in a multinational, hybrid-work environment.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Several years of progressive, hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical quality environment (GMP/GDP)
- Strong knowledge of Swissmedic requirements, EU GMP, and EU GDP regulations
- Experience with batch release, deviation management, and CAPA processes
